At LuxPets, we are committed to delivering high-quality dog food products that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@luxpets.lu
- Once we confirm your return request, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued for eligible returns once the returned product is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We may ask for photos of the damaged product for quality assurance purposes.
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded, including shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products unless there is a proven quality issue.
